Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. We can review what is working, what needs to change and how your business should be presented. Access, content, hosting and the scope of the redesign are agreed before work begins.
Will the website reflect my business?
We agree the colours, typography, images, service descriptions and page structure around your business. Your personalised preview is shared directly, so you can review your own website and discuss the direction.
What does the $500 include?
The setup covers the agreed website design, your approved business content, responsive layouts, contact options and the first year of domain registration. Page count, features, available domain, hosting and timeline are confirmed in the project scope before payment.
Is monthly maintenance required?
No. Maintenance is optional at $50 per month for the work and small content updates we agree. If you choose it, the initial payment is $550 ($500 setup + $50 for the first month), followed by $50 for each later maintenance month.
What happens after the first year?
We confirm domain renewal costs, hosting and ongoing responsibilities before launch. Renewal after the included first year and work outside the agreed scope are arranged separately.
